PAYMENT
The LORADILORA® eSTORE accepts iDEAL, Maestro, Sofort Banking, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Cartes Bancaires as well as Giropay and PayPal and a range of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
 
All payments on the LORADILORA® eSTORE are facilitated and processed by MOLLIE; a payment company trusted by 55.000+ webshops and used worldwide. We take security extremely seriously. Through rigorous security checks, safe data storage and compliance with every available regulation, we can ensure the safety, stability and reliability of our payment platform. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
 
 
 
SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
All orders worldwide at the LORADILORA® eSTORE made before 17:00hr CET on business days, are shipped that same day.
European orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days and orders placed outside Europe will be delivered within 5 business days. LORADILORA® is a Dutch based company and therefore orders placed on Monday until Friday in the Netherlands only, delivery will be the next day. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday and orders placed on Sunday will shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. We use secured PostNL and FedEx priority for all shipping enterprise.
 
Orders over € 50, - shipping is free. During check-out, any delivery costs will be displayed, valid for your destination. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email  with your Track&Trace number to track your order and/or change the delivery moment. When a product is out of stock, this is indicated and can not be ordered. In the unlikely event that, despite the mention 'in stock' the item is not immediately available, (this could occur in the exceptional case of two simultaneous orders) you will be contacted directly and you will be informed about the expected delivery time or an alternative is suggested. In case you no longer wish to receive the order, it is your right and responsibility to cancel the order.
PLEASE NOTE; Although jewellery is meant to be available for everyone, some countries outside Europe have import restrictions on silver & gold jewellery and therefore cannot be shipped to certain locations. Please check the customs regulations of your country if you are unsure. 
 
The LORADILORA® eSTORE always dispatches your order the same day unless a product is out of stock and 'backorder' is mentioned with the product. In this case, the product is on its way from our factory in India and we can guarantee that your order will be delivered within 1 week. If 'out of stock' is mentioned with a product, the delivery time is longer than 2 weeks and the product can not be ordered at this time.
 
 
 
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
LORADILORA® gives a 2 year warranty on all jewellery. The jewellery is largely hand-made and despite great precision it can happen a defect is overlooked. LORADILORA® replaces items with defects immediately and free of charge. Save your order confirmation/invoice/receipt, or pass it on to the person who receives the gift, because the original proof of purchase is the guarantee certificate.
LORADILORA® is known for its excellent service. If your jewellery needs some repair within the stipulated warranty period of 2 years, LORADILORA® will replace the article. After 2 years or when you are unable to produce a receipt, you will receive a quotation for repair or we will together find a solution to your satisfaction.
Accidents may happen and there might be a time you need to clean or repair your jewellery. LORADILORA® restores the completeness of your items by polishing, stringing, soldering or replacing any missing or broken parts such as beadballs, stones, pendants or charms. Our authorized dealers look forward to assist you with any service required.
PLEASE NOTE; LORADILORA® jewellery purchased from unauthorized dealers or on websites other than loradilora.com are not guaranteed to be authentic LORADILORA® creations.
 
 
RETURN & EXCHANGE
While we hope you are always delighted with your purchase, we understand there might be an occasion you may want to return or exchange an article. LORADILORA® purchases may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase, with a valid purchase receipt. The items must be in original condition and returned in the original packaging. Offline purchases can also be returned. If you want to return or exchange your LORADILORA® purchase, please contact our customer service customerservice@loradilora.com. You will receive a return label by e-mail to send us your purchase free of charge. 
 
 
 
PRODUCT QUALITY
LORADILORA® jewellery is crafted in 925 sterling silver and 18c vermeil gold only, approved and stamped at Europe’s Assay office. Each item contains a hallmark and responsibility mark, legally accepted worldwide.
You can wear our silver jewellery always! With always we truly mean always; while swimming, exercising, showering and even while putting on all kinds of lotion, spay and perfume etc. We promise its splendour is maintained over time. The only reason our 925 sterling silver jewellery will tarnish is when you do not wear it and leave it unenclosed; tarnishing occurs from the effects of oxygen in the air. When your jewellery is dirty use just soap and water and dry it off with soft cloth. In case your silver jewellery gets tarnished, use silver polish for cleaning or contact us for professional cleaning and polishing.
