All orders worldwide at the LORADILORA® eSTORE made before 17:00hr CET on business days, are shipped that same day. We work together with PostNL, DPD, DHL and FedEx for shipping your orders. Priority & Secured with Track&Trace.

The Netherlands (LORADILORA® is a Dutch-based company)

All orders placed on business days before 17:00, are shipped that same day and delivered the next day, using express delivery only (free of charge from € 50). Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

 
Belgium and Germany
All orders placed on business days before 17:00, are shipped that same day and delivered within 2 working days, using express delivery only (free of charge from € 50). Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are shipped on Monday and delivered on Wednesday.
 
Europe
All orders placed on business days before 17:00, are shipped that same day and delivered within 3/4 working days, using express delivery only (free of charge from € 50). Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are shipped on Monday.
 
Worldwide
All orders placed outside Europe on business days before 17:00, are shipped that same day. Please allow 4/5 business days for delivery. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are shipped on Monday.
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE COVID-19; The virus cannot be transmitted by mail or packages. PostNL, therefore, delivers as usual mail and packages for our customers without delay. Delivery options
The LORADILORA® eSTORE offers various delivery options, which you can select when completing and placing your order;

  • You can choose delivery by date and time.
  • You can select a service point (6,000 locations) throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, so you determine when you pick up your order. At checkout, these service points are automatically offered near the zip code you provided. Effective, less damaging to the environment and faster during busy times. (pick up within 1 week with a valid ID)
  • To ensure the secure delivery of your order, LORADILORA® does not ship orders to post office boxes. LORADILORA® is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
Shipping rates

Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed in the Netherlands for domestic delivery (above € 50,-).

The shipping amount for orders outside Europe will be shown during the checkout process. Our prices do not include customs fees or other additional taxes that might apply to a customer in non-EU countries. Any customs or import duties that are levied on the ordered package and/or customs declarations and regulations required once it reaches its final county of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Track&Trace

All LORADILORA® orders are shipped insured with real-time Track&Trace. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your Track&Trace number to track your order and/or to change the delivery time. If you do not receive e-mail messages, they have probably ended up in your spam.

Backorder

The LORADILORA® eSTORE always dispatches your order the same day, unless 'backorder' is stated with the product. In this case, the product is on the way from our factory in India and we can guarantee, your full order will be delivered within 1 week. If 'out of stock' is mentioned with a product, the delivery time is longer than 2 weeks and the product cannot be ordered at this time. In the unlikely event that, despite the statement 'in stock', the item is not immediately available (this could occur in the exceptional case of simultaneous orders), you will be contacted directly. 

RETURN
Return or exchange
While we hope that you are always pleased with your purchase, we understand that you may want to exchange or return an item. Online LORADILORA® purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a valid proof of purchase. The items must be in their original condition and must be returned in the original packaging, stating their name and order number.

  1. Enter your zip code and your original tracking number (eg 3STSKU111323529) that you received by email with your original order.
  2. Select your desired PostNL drop-off point in your area.
  3. Print your return label free of charge.
  4. Pack your return in the original packaging with the return label.
  5. Drop off your order at the drop-off point you selected.
You will receive a proof of delivery at the drop-off point, you will also be digitally informed and you can follow the progress of the shipment. After receipt of your order, your purchase amount will be refunded to your account.

Refund

After your return has been received by us, it will be checked. If unworn and in original condition, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation. After this, we immediately instruct our payment provider Mollie to refund your purchase amount. From then on, it will take 3-5 business days for the amount to be refunded to your bank account.

WARRANTY & REPAIR
Warranty

LORADILORA® gives a 1-year warranty on all jewellery. The jewellery is largely hand-made and despite great precision, it can happen a defect is overlooked. LORADILORA® replaces items with defects immediately and free of charge. Save your order confirmation/invoice/receipt, or pass it on to the person who receives the gift, because the original proof of purchase is the guarantee certificate. 

Jewellery purchased from unauthorized dealers or on websites other than loradilora.com are not guaranteed to be authentic LORADILORA® designs.

Repair
LORADILORA® is known for its excellent service. If your jewellery requires service within the stipulated warranty period of 1 year, LORADILORA® will replace the item immediately and free of charge. If the warranty period of 1 year has expired, you will receive a quote for repair or we will look together for a good solution. LORADILORA® restores the completeness of your jewellery by polishing, stringing, soldering or replacing missing or broken parts such as balls, stones, pendants or charms. LORADILORA® and our authorized dealers look forward to assist you with any service required.
 
TIP: If you do not wear your jewellery for a long time, keep it in an air-sealed bag to prevent discolouration.
SILVER & GOLD
925 Sterling silver

LORADILORA® only works with 925 sterling silver, approved and stamped at Europe’s Assay office. Each item of our silver collection contains a hallmark and responsibility mark, legally accepted worldwide. By definition and international agreement ‘925 sterling silver’ is an alloy of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. The reason jewellery is never made out of pure silver is due to the very soft precious metal which bends or breaks easily. Adding another, more durable, metal to the mix ensures silver jewellery to last longer, slows down the tarnishing process and stays sparkling down the road. It is also easier for our hand craftsmen to handle and manipulate the material into the intricate jewellery you so adore.

You can wear LORADILORA® silver jewellery always! With always we truly mean always; while swimming, exercising, showering and even while putting on all kinds of lotion, spray and perfume etc. We promise its splendour is maintained over time. The only reason our 925 sterling silver jewellery will tarnish is when you do not wear it and leave it unenclosed. If you do not wear your silver jewellery for a long time, keep it in the air-sealed bag (received upon delivery) to prevent discolouration. Tarnishing occurs from the effects of oxygen in the air. When your jewellery is dirty use just soap and dry it off with a soft cloth. In case your silver jewellery gets tarnished, use silver polish for cleaning or contact us for professional cleaning and polishing.

18c Vermeil gold

For gold jewellery, LORADILORA® has opted for the so-called 'Vermeil or Silver-Gilt' for its beautiful appearance and solid character. LORADILORA® uses 2micron, 18-carat European gold. A special, durable coating for the protection of the gold is added. This combination is a good replacement for people with an allergy to other metal objects. A Gold Vermeil or Silver-Plated product can only be described or marked as such when the base metal is 925 Sterling silver with a coating of not less than 10-carat fineness. This coating or plating has a substantial thickness with a minimum thickness corresponding to 2½ microns (or about 1 / 10000th of an inch) of fine gold.

We do not recommend showering, swimming, etc. to preserve your gold jewellery.
