Shipping & Delivery
Lora di Lora ships worldwide. Deliveries are largely made by FEDEX, POSTNL and their partners in other countries around the world. For all delivery destinations an international delivery charge will show during checkout, after you have entered your address. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your Track & Trace number to follow your order. Delivery charges are complimentary worldwide for orders over € 100,- to one address. All jewellery in stock will be delivered directly and shipped the same day. When a product is out of stock it will be displayed and cannot be ordered. Should the unexpected happen of a simultaneous, equal order whereby the product is not available anylonger, we will contact you immediately. You will be informed about the expected delivery, or maybe you have seen an alternative product. In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your right and responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Lora di Lora by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued, Lora di Lora has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Lora di Lora will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.

We implement security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.Personal Information (PI) is information that identifies an individual, which we collect when you use the site, namely, your name, postal address (including billing and shipping addresses), telephone number, fax number, email address, credit and debit card information. If you provide PI of another person, please make sure that you have the right to share that information with us. Your account is protected by your account password and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each use. We further protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption and firewalls. By using our service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks. We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers. Lora di Lora reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. You should periodically check the site and this privacy page for updates.
Warranty & Return
Given the precious and refined craftsmanship of your jewellery, we recommend you to take due care in its use and handling to ensure its splendour is maintained over time. We advise you to avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray or other chemical products. When your jewellery is dirty use just soap and water and dry it of with soft cloth. In case your silver jewellery gets tarnished, use silver polish for cleaning. Accidents may happen and there might be a time you need to exchange or repair your jewellery. On all products of Lora di Lora. there is is a 1 year warranty. After your 1 year period of guarantee or when you are unable to produce a receipt, we will give you a quotation for the repair. We restore the completeness of your jewellery by stringing, soldering or replacing any missing or broken parts such as balls, stones, pendants or charms. Our stores and authorized dealers look forward to assist you with any service required. Return - While we hope you are always delighted with your purchase, we understand there might be an occasion you may want to return an article. We are here to help and support you. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods within 7 days from receiving the goods, provided not worn and in the same condition as when you received them. Please contact the Lora di Lora Customer Service Team to give a notification. The cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to and from Lora di Lora will be on you. As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we will send you a notification by email. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 7 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team. Your refund will be credited through the same method or back onto the same card with which the original purchase was made. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives. PLEASE NOTE: Creations purchased from non-authorized dealers or websites other than Lora di Lora are not warrantied as being authentic Lora di Lora creations.
